The company policy is in line with the Federal Government policy on the following area: Quality Control/Quality assurance, Environmental, Health and Safety policies.

QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA)/QUALITY CONTROL (QC) POLICY

A cumulative list of jobs site deficiencies will be generated during construction. This includes items identified by QA/QC personnel, whose job is to test failures, etc. this will be continually maintained with dates of corrective actions. The list intended as an inspection system whereby all discrepancies in quality, workmanship, materials, equipment, suppliers, and/or unauthorized deviations from the specifications can be tracked, so corrective action can be taken in a timely manner. The Corp of Engineers will get copies of the list as deficiencies occur. Subcontractors will be notified of any deficiency and given a date the corrective action needs to be completed. Upon completion of the deficiency the clients will be asked to inspect the corrective action taken and assure that all deficient items are corrected as requires by the Contract Requirements

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The policy will seek to preserve the environment to its primary condition. Therefore impact assessments will be carried out together with a measure of their consequences before any work is started. We are also committed to ensuring clean and healthy environment in the course of work. Efforts should be heard towards reducing noise, dust, fumes and other injurious substances by our working condition and environment. Such conducts as pollution in whatever form is avoided and each employee is made to understand and appreciate the need for a clean environment. As matter of policy, general cleanliness is recommended and endorsed. Employees learn to prevent mosquito breeding, and rodents are always kept at bay periodic fumigation of our work environments.

HEALTH POLICY

The company’s health policy seeks to protect at all times the health of its employees and sub-contractors. It is necessary that early recognition of health hazard is established, assessed and brought under control. Our company retains the services of Precious Healthcare for headquarters use and with private Hospitals nearest to our base of present operation.

Employees are also made to adhere to strict health regulations, especially pertaining to accident prevent and avoidance of contagious and infectious diseases. The company’s health policy on the field and office include provision of First Aid System and arrangement with the local Hospital for our employees but in case of more serious ailments that cannot be handled locally, such cases are referred to Specialist Hospitals around the country and within the location.

SAFETY POLICY

This is detailed in our work plan, the use and protection systems for tools, safety of personnel and environmental condition of the work site are taken into serious consideration. Employees are taken through the safety rules before commencement of work every day.
